Built Redis-backed Socket.IO system for real-time drone presence and pilot coordination across multiple server instances using pub/sub and room-based broadcasts.
Engineered event-driven video-stream lifecycle tracking using Red5 webhooks, PostgreSQL, and S3 with a partial unique index enforcing one active stream per drone.
Integrated Axon Platform for async video uploads with bounded concurrency, retry handling, status tracking, and GraphQL APIs.
Designed session-aware JWT authentication with single-session enforcement, preventing concurrent device access and conflicting drone commands.
Built HMAC-authenticated webhook platform with replay protection, dynamic schema normalization, duplicate suppression, and PostgreSQL bulk upserts.

Cut deployment effort by 80% by building a Flask-based CI/CD automation tool that pushed service updates to drone mesh networks in one command, replacing a multi-step manual process.
Rebuilt the report generation pipeline from scratch using ReportLab, stripped out unnecessary dependencies, and brought generation time down by 75%.
